The service

Compare it Market is a free comparison and quotation service for UK business telecoms, including phone systems, broadband, mobile and IT support. We match your requirements to suppliers who may contact you with quotes. We do not charge you for this service; we may receive commission from suppliers.

Quotes and orders

• Quotes are provided by third-party suppliers and are subject to their own terms, survey and availability.
• Where you place a broadband order through this site, the contract for the service is between you and the supplier. We do not take payments. By placing an order you authorise the supplying company to set up the direct debit described at the point of order; your details are validated and forwarded to that supplier for this purpose.
• Prices shown exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Accuracy of information

We take care to keep information on this site accurate and current, but pricing, availability and product details change frequently and are provided as guidance only. Always confirm details with the supplier before entering a contract.

Liability

We are not a party to any contract between you and a supplier and are not liable for the services suppliers provide. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability to you in connection with the use of this site is limited to £100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
