Step 1 of 3

What matters most to your business?

This helps us match you to the right connection type and service level.

💰

Lowest price

I want the most cost-effective connection. I can tolerate some disruption if there's a fault.

Standard Care — next working day fix
🛡️

Reliable with good support

Broadband is important to us. If something goes wrong I need it fixed quickly, including evenings and weekends.

Business Care — 24/7 support, same-day response

Mission critical — I can't lose connection

My business stops if the internet goes down. I need guaranteed speeds, maximum uptime, and rapid fix times.

Enhanced Business Care — 6-hour fix, 99.99% uptime SLA
Step 2 of 3

If your primary circuit fails, how much of a reduction in service can your business accept?

Every connection will fail at some point. All resilience options below include a managed router that handles switching automatically — no manual intervention required.

👍

We can cope while it's being repaired

A single connection is acceptable. We'll rely on the SLA to get us back online.

Single circuit — no backup hardware required
📡

Minimal connectivity is enough to keep us going

We need something — email, card payments, basic comms — but full speed isn't critical while we wait for repair.

4G/5G cellular backup — managed router, automatic failover
🔄

Some reduction is acceptable temporarily

We can operate at reduced capacity but need to stay online. A secondary circuit at lower speed is fine short term.

Active/passive failover — managed router, second circuit different carrier
⚖️

None — full capacity must be maintained at all times

We cannot accept any reduction in service. Both circuits must carry equal load so if one fails, nothing changes.

Load balanced dual circuit — managed router, two carriers, full capacity maintained
Step 3 of 3

What is the installation address?

We'll check live availability from Gamma at your exact address. BT and ITS will be confirmed on order.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between SoGEA, FTTP and a leased line?
SoGEA is a broadband-only superfast connection over copper/fibre to the cabinet — shared with other users and speeds vary by distance from the cabinet. FTTP (full fibre) runs fibre all the way to your premises for faster, more consistent speeds. A leased line gives you a dedicated, uncontended connection with guaranteed symmetric speeds and an uptime SLA — best for businesses that cannot tolerate downtime.
What does Enhanced Business Care mean?
Enhanced Business Care is a 24/7/365 fault response service with a 1-hour response and 6-hour fix target for P1 (full outage) faults. It is included as standard on ITS FibreBright leased lines and can be added to FTTP services as an optional upgrade. Standard Business Care operates Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 with a next business day fix target.
How does load balancing work?
Load balancing uses two circuits from different suppliers simultaneously. Traffic is shared across both connections, increasing total throughput and meaning that if one circuit fails, the other carries all traffic with no interruption. This is the highest resilience option and is recommended for businesses where any downtime is unacceptable.
How long does it take to install a leased line?
ITS leased line installations follow a structured delivery process: order accepted within 2 business days, site survey within 3 business days, committed delivery date confirmed at planning stage. Typical lead times are 30–90 days depending on location and whether any infrastructure build is required. We keep you informed at every stage.
Can I keep my existing IP addresses?
IP addresses assigned by your provider are generally not portable between providers. We can supply fixed IPv4 addresses on all ITS services as an optional add-on. If maintaining specific IPs is critical to your business, let us know when we call and we will advise on the best approach.
