Common questions
Yes. We handle number porting as part of your migration. Your number transfers simultaneously when your new service goes live. If you do not want to keep your number it will be ceased at the point of conversion.
Contact your existing alarm company and ask them to upgrade the control panel communicator to a 4G or IP equivalent. Do not switch providers — your existing alarm company knows your system and can upgrade the communicator without replacing the whole alarm. Do this now — engineers are heavily booked for 2026.
We can supply and quote for three options: an ATA (analogue telephone adaptor) which connects your existing door entry hardware to a VoIP system, a new IP-based door entry panel, or a cellular 4G door entry system for locations without reliable broadband. Call us on 020 8081 0410 to discuss which suits your setup.
We can refer you to a specialist lift emergency line company who can supply and install a BS EN 81-28 compliant replacement device. Lift emergency phones are a legal requirement — contact us and we will arrange an introduction to our recommended supplier.
Multiple lines and ISDN30 migrations need specialist planning to avoid disruption. Complete the enquiry form below and one of our specialists will contact you to work through your specific requirements.
